Versly is an AI-powered development platform and VS Code extension that generates Verse programming language code for use in Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN). The Service uses proprietary artificial intelligence systems to produce code based on user prompts, and provides tools for editing, fixing, and managing Verse scripts.
To use the Service, you must create an account using email/password or a supported third-party authentication provider. You agree to:

Versly offers the following subscription plans:
Includes a set number of generation credits per billing cycle.
Higher credit allocation with priority features.
Highest credit allocation with team seat support.
Pricing, credit allocations, and plan features are subject to change. We will notify active subscribers of any pricing changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at support@versly.ai for refund requests.

Code generated through the Service is provided for your use in UEFN projects. You retain the right to use, modify, and distribute the generated code in your projects. However, AI-generated code may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law, and similar code may be generated for other users from similar prompts.
The Versly name, logo, website, extension, AI systems, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Versly. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service, branding, or proprietary systems.
Code generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated code may contain errors, bugs, or unexpected behavior. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before using it in your projects. Versly is not liable for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated code in your UEFN maps or projects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Versly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will compile or function as intended.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property terms) will remain in effect.
The Service is designed to work alongside third-party development platforms and tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Versly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform provider.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
